Living in Didsbury

I count myself lucky to be living in the suburban area of Didsbury. It's just so pretty! Whether you want a quick coffee catch up in the village, a stroll in the lush, Fletcher Moss Park with its Botanical Gardens, or a bite to eat in the numerous restaurants located in East/West Didsbury, it's near perfect to be raising a family in this area.

Okay, I'll also hold my hands up and say that it's ideal for photo opportunities... I should know.

I took this picture in the lovely Pasonage Gardens. It's on the same road as these cute little houses which look like they belong in the shire. As someone who's obsessed with Lord Of the Rings, that is no understatement.

Now moving on to my outfit....as a modest dresser, it's always difficult to find modest fashionable clothes for the summer but Zara always has something appropriate. The embroidered trousers and ruffle top are both from Zara. I can't actually remember how much the trousers were but the top was £29.99 and it's super comfortable!

I must say that the outfit is a little different to the kind of clothes I usually wear (I like my style to have a hint of gothic glam) it wasn't a huge change to the point where I felt uncomfortable.

The first rule of fashion is to be comfortable in your own style after all.

Until next time folks!
